Rajiv is among one of world's earliest and most radical thinkers on Talent Management and enterprise-level excellence issues in large growing organizations. Rajiv put into motion his passion for corporate and professional performance excellence to create a brand new industry space – Credentialing.
Rajiv today heads CredForce, the world’s largest conglomerate in Credentialing business with operations based out of Austin, Palo Alto, London, Glasgow, Dubai, Singapore, Cape Town, Gurugram, Mumbai and Bengaluru.
A thorough people’s man, Rajiv has been associated with IT and BPO companies through the years. In the past he has worked with organizations like, NASDAQ listed Imparto Software as the Country Head – HR, Moser Baer as Group Head – People Development, Systems America as the Vice President & Chief People Officer for their BPO operations and BCI the world’s largest BPO certifications company as the President & CEO.
An accomplished and dynamic professional, Rajiv was the youngest ever National Council member of Indian Society for Training and Development (1999-2000) and was awarded Best Organizational Psychologist of the year in 2000 by Psycho Linguistic Association of India. Rajiv was awarded Entrepreneur of the Year – 2014 by CHRO Asia and Entrepreneur Role Model in 2015 National Management Summit. He’s also won the prestigious Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Award 2018 by Enterprise Asia, Singapore. He is also a member of the Bloomberg Market Advisory board since 2008.
Rajiv is a Fellow of The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.
Sanjeev Dhingra is the Senior Vice President of Credentialing operations at CredForce and leads all credentialing operations worldwide with a dynamic flair. He is one of the people who shaped CredForce in its foundation years with his vision and drive into a dominant name it today is in most of its major markets worldwide. A formidable name in executing enterprise level certification projects at massive scale during his tenure at the BPO Certification Institute, his forte lies in project management and operational excellence. He has been a technology enthusiast throughout his career, serving at marquee names like NIIT, Shalimar Paints, Nagarro Software prior to CredForce.
Sanjeev holds a Bachelor’s degree in Bio Science and a Master’s in Polymer Processing.
Randy Decko is the Senior Vice President of CredForce’s North American business operations. He is responsible for expansion initiatives of CredForce’s massive product portfolio in the North American Market. He leads the planning and execution of multiple revenue growth strategies and business development. As an SBU leader, creating business partner and customer success stories in the region is a second nature to him.
Over an illustrious career spanning over 20+ years, Randy has captained several critical business functions in customer engagement including sales, business development, account management and customer success. Widely known for his business acumen, he has enabled several emerging companies to grow revenues, reduce operation overheads and enhance customer satisfaction.
Randy has had successful stints in global leadership roles at Augmate, as the Vice President of Business Development and facilitated the development, expansion and consolidation of the worldwide B2B market for the company. He has held several leadership roles with global majors like HP, NYFIX and Battea in the past. He has received numerous accolades for his leadership style and focus on delivering stellar results in topline and bottom line growth of his employers.
Randy graduated cum laude from the University of Connecticut, with a B.S. in Health Systems Management and a Concentration in M.I.S. He also holds a Master’s degree in Management, Leadership and Strategy from the Michigan State University.
Shreekant Gupta is the Senior Vice President of the India and Southeast Asia and leads finance, business operations and administration for CredForce Asia.
Shreekant brings with him, an enriching experience of more than 19 years in leadership positions in some of India’s largest conglomerates. He has previously led and managed large scale functions, including P/L and SBU head roles in business development, strategy, customer engagement and management, with names like the Aditya Birla Group, Kotak Mahindra AMC Ltd., and Kotak Mahindra Bank, where he was a key driver of growth and profitability. He is known for his superlative proficiency in handling massive and distributed teams, driving revenue growth at scale and his flawless execution of turnaround strategies in large enterprises.
Shreekant did his Master’s from K.J. Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research and is also an MBA from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.
Ajit Kumar Jha, a passionate technology geek with over 19 years of experience and expertise in multiple domains, heads Enterprise Systems, Technology and Innovation within CredForce as Senior Vice President. He has a blend of technology & management expertise and has successfully delivered and managed large-scale enterprise projects in North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific regions. Ajit leverages on his passion for Data Science and has worked enormously to expand CredForce’s product portfolio in this space.
Before CredForce, he was based out of Singapore, working with Wipro as a Director. Previously he was associated with some of the biggest names in Indian IT industry like Nucleus Software, Bharti Group, BirlaSoft Ltd, Systems America among others.
Ajit has a Master’s degree in Computer Science and is an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow. He’s also a certified Senior Data Scientist (SDS), SAS Certified Advanced Analytics Professional & a Project Management Professional (PMP).
Praveen Handral, is a seasoned marketing professional with over 12 years of experience in Sales and Marketing. At CredForce, he leads the Global Marketing Services and has focused various marketing initiatives on growing awareness and appreciation of the company’s unique value proposition in the Credentialing industry across multiple geographies.
Praveen has driven and mentored the digital marketing initiatives and has built a tremendous digital presence of the company and is responsible for brand, advertising and research, content, social media, corporate communications, media relations, product portfolio expansion, demand generation and formulating a digital ecosystem for the company.
Prior to joining CredForce, Praveen helped launch and grow several IT start-ups and has worked with organizations like E-Bee Global Solutions, Tangence Solutions, Vayam Technologies and more – driving their sales and marketing functions.
Praveen has a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and is an MBA with his major specialization in Marketing and International Business.
Himanshu Chaudhary is the Director – Global Business & Operations at CredForce, where he manages the firm’s vital partnerships and operations, also providing strategic counsel to the firm’s portfolio companies. Additionally, Himanshu plays a pivotal role in the execution of strategies, development of products and nurturing partnerships that help CredForce and its clients to build their position in the credentialing ecosystem.
Before joining CredForce in 2014, Himanshu specialized in market research and commissioned various studies for leaders such as Akzo Nobel, Philips, Godfrey Phillips, Dabur etc. Himanshu has a passion for talent development and brings this passion into fruition as CredForce’s co-executive leader in internal employee resource group.
Himanshu holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geography from Delhi University and an M.Sc in Business and Management from Strathclyde Business School, UK. Himanshu is also an Associate Fellow of Talent Management from The Wharton School.
Lawrence is a dapper young man from Austin, Texas with extensive years of experience in marketing. His experience makes him the youngest in the team, but don't let his age fool you because his professional prowess is impressive.
With a zeal for innovation he worked with two start-ups helping build their brands and create marketing and sales programs from scratch, before joining CredForce. As a Global Lead in Strategy and Planning at CredForce, he is responsible for a wide variety of strategic initiatives including regional brand development, marketing implementation, copywriting, strategic deployment of new products and overseeing regional growth initiatives.
Lawrence did his Bachelor’s in Business Administration and is also an MBA from Texas Tech University.
Sarah Garner is a young and dynamic professional with a panache for driving business development initiatives. At CredForce, Sarah is the Director of North American business and is responsible for revenue growth and expansion of high-value credentialing products in the talent management industry.
With a focus on driving sales and business development, her stints in various industries like education, healthcare, and technology brings the advantage of a multi-faceted knowledge avenues. In the past, she has been a part of organizations like Dell, Virginia College and Genotox Laboratories, where she has sharpened her marketing and sales acumen through the years in different roles before joining CredForce.
Sarah completed her Master's in Business Administration and her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin. She was born and raised in Austin and being outdoors, live music, and spending time with friends and family are her other loves apart from driving business excellence.
