CredForce is taking ahead the joint initiatives of BCI and its Kenya partner the Kenya Methodist University and the World Bank – the mission to develop a Center of Excellence for the ICT Board of Kenya, under the Ministry of ICT; Trainer development programs; certification infrastructure establishment for 5000 individuals annually; Also working with the Rockefeller Foundation on Impact Sourcing initiatives to empower the underprivileged for BPO jobs in customer interaction, data processing etc.
CredForce is taking the BCI relationship with the Ghana Government to a new height. BCI and Commonwealth Telecom Organization have already advised Ghana Government on BPO Strategic Policy development; BCI and its Ghana partners – E & Y and Ghana Technology University College (GTUC) working on several World Bank BPO capacity development projects – all projects employing BCI standards, curricula and content.
