BCI Hives Off ICOSS Management To CredForce – Hopes The Move Will Enable BCI Retain Focus On Its Core Competence Of Credentialing

January 2015 - CredForce is all set to take the elite ICOSS platform of BCI to the next level. Notably, BCI, the world credentialing leader for the outsourcing space innovated ICOSS (International Center of Outsourcing & Software Studies) in 2009 as a worldwide platform of BPO and ICT Talent development centers to be hosted by premier universities.

CredForce will now leverage its unique business support services model to invigorate these centers in universities and convert them into centers of excellence in BPO & IT talent breeding. The company will provide the centers with specialized trainers, in-depth study material, and smooth operations. The centers also stand to benefit from the international presence of CredForce and will get an exposure to more international assignments. The responsiveness of CredForce to quick changes in the learning industry will help the centers to impart latest skills in their students. CredForce will also draw the experiences of its member bodies to help ICOSS expand its mandate from the present BPO & IT segment to other promising areas like Customer Service and Talent Management.


It should be noted that ICOSS enabled universities have emerged as the most preferred training partners for their governments and the World Bank in the last five years. An increasing number of universities in Africa and Central America now want to be a part of this global movement.
