February 2015 - Moving ahead at a breakneck pace to establish its dominance in the business services space for credentialing companies, CredForce has sealed the deal with the Austin-based Talent Management Institute (TMI), United States to acquire its operations, and to become its exclusive worldwide business services provider. Rajiv Gupta, President & Group CEO of CredForce, shared that the company envisions expanding TMI's reach across at least 40 nations in the next two years, and by 2020, into 100+ countries. Notably, TMI is to be rebooted by CredForce by enriching its standards, products, systems and credentialing processes, and the revamp is expected to complete by October 2015. In the works are the spanking new TMI talent management certifications for HR professionals, and also the world-s most robust talent management system of standards for organizations and attendant certifications.
By the end of 2016, CredForce is targeting achieving billings of USD 43.00 million through this account. Plans are also afoot to activate a powerful Credit Transfer and Sharing mechanism though which professionals certified by other professional bodies shall be able to leverage their credits in securing TMI qualifications. Notably, this is the third big-ticket deal sealed by CredForce's Certification Business Services SBU in 2014, the earlier two being BCI - the BPO Certification Institute, the world's largest BPO certification and standards body; and the SQBA - the Software Qualifications Board of America.
